Every order is made to order with care to ensure you receive a high-quality product.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • During holidays, product launches, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Wear It Out Loud is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your address before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
